Sit down and cross your arms. Set a timer for 30 seconds.
Keeping your feet flat on the floor and without moving your arms, stand up fully and then sit back down slowly and in control.
Count the number of times you can do this in 30 seconds
If you want improve mobility with squats and lunges.
